Low rise and low visual impact development
Florence house is a residential development in the hills to the northwest of Marbella. Our proposal for Florence house had to follow the steep incline of the land. The result is an upside down and back to front house: the main bedrooms are on the entrance floor with the large living and entertaining spaces on the floors below; and the front of the house is a mute blank wall, while the back of the house is a series of full width glass windows and doors overlooking the landscape.
